This geotextile is produced by high-quality virgin polyester staple fiber through advanced needle-punching technology, forming a fluffy three-dimensional porous structure. It features balanced tensile strength, excellent water permeability and reliable filtration performance, which can effectively separate soil layers, prevent fine soil particle loss and avoid pipeline blockage in drainage systems. The thick fluffy fiber layer delivers outstanding cushioning and isolation effects, dispersing ground pressure evenly to extend the service life of roads and infrastructure. The pure white fiber material adds anti-aging additives to slow degradation under long-term buried and outdoor exposure conditions.
The R&D team finished a full set of laboratory tests including tensile breaking, vertical water permeability and anti-aging to meet national and international civil engineering standards. Customized gram weights, widths and roll lengths are available to match different construction drawing requirements. It has become a core bulk supply product for road, water conservancy and environmental engineering contractors.
To satisfy growing overseas infrastructure orders, the factory will upgrade its nonwoven production line in Q4 2026. The company will keep developing stable-performance geotextile materials to provide reliable filtration, isolation and reinforcement solutions for global civil engineering projects.
